Existing agreement.

If we have a formal written agreement currently with you that governs our purchase of your products or services, then the terms of the formal written agreement will supersede any contrary terms in this order.

PRICES

All prices are in US Dollars

The lowest price. Your prices may not be greater than the prices offered on the website or any other customer for the same products or services in similar quantities and conditions from the moment the present order is placed with you and the time you fully comply .

Last price quoted. If no price is specified in this order, its price should be equal to or lower than the last price that was previously quoted or charged according to the quality and quantity of the product or products sold.

Pay in advance and add. If this order reads "pay in advance and add", then you must pay in advance all shipping costs and include the current shipping costs on your invoice as a separate line item.

SHIPPING TERMS

Incoterms. All shipping terms in this order refer to the products placed in port ie FOB NINGBO CHINA, Incoterms 2010.
